Houdini Socks by Cat Bordhi. Knit-a-long in the Ravelry Group running through July 31st. #houdinisocks. I'm using Desert Vista Dyeworks Viso in the Holiday Wreath colorway. US size 0s -2.0mm needles.
T's Bunny Set...is Opal Sock Yarn Bunny and Hat by Susan B. Anderson. Using Into The Whirled Bukavu in the Vegetable Medley colorway. 75% BFL superwash wool/ 25% nylon blend. Has not grown on me. Love the bunny about to start the hat. Bunny was knit on US size 1s -2.25mm needles. Hat will be knit on big 2s, US 2.5s - 3.0mm needles.
Tubularity by Martina Behm is back on the needles! When finished it'll be 900+ yards for stash dash. Need to remember to block wide. Tight over the head. Using Miss Babs Yummy primarily. Using US size 3s -3.25 needles. Rather than 7 sections as the pattern calls for, I opted for 6. 1 1/2 sections to go! Currently 43".
Camp Loopy has begun! Theme is your favorite book, movie, tv show. Uses a minimum of 400 yards and knit between 6/1 and 6/30. I cast on 6/5, wanted to finish bunny and mystik socks first. Knitting the Soledad by Annika Barranti with Malabrigo Rios in the Playa colorway. Using US size 4s and 5s - 3.5 and 3.75mm needles. Knitting the 4t size, or 27" chest, size 6 on the pattern. Started with a sleeve to check gauge, and be portable.
Current projects if completed roll up to about 2K yards.
Hibernating:
Mum's starter Socks are a toe up sock with some ribbing on the sides. Knit with Patons Kroy Sock FX in the Cascade Colors. Using US size 1.5 - 2.5mm needles. Will be about 300 yards when completed.
Denver Cowl by Veronica Parsons with Miss Babs Yowza - Whatta Skein in the Berlin colorway using US size 8s - 5.0mm needles. Will be about 500 yards when completed.
Sockhead Hat by Kelly McClure with Into The Whirled Ulundi Sock 100% superwash wool, in the 221B Oct 2013 Club Color using US size 2.5 - 3.0mm needles. Will be about 350 yards when completed.
Vivid by Tin Can Knits with Berroco Vintage with US size 7s - 4.5mm needles. Will be about 650 yards when completed.
Future Knitting:
So Hibernating rolls to another 1800 yards.
Will still need another 700 yards to complete Stash Dash.
Thinking about pulling out a deep hibernating sweater that's more than 40% finished.
Will knit 2 more pairs of socks between now and August 7th, so that'll be 600 yards easy.
Also thinking about starting a Barn Raising Quilt but that wouldn't be finished in time.
Will have second Camp Loopy Project in there as well, hoping the Foolproof Cowl will work for that.
